On September 5, 2008 I gave birth to 4 beautiful babies Samantha, Bridgette, Theodore "Teddy" and Madeline. Nine days later on September 14, 2008 Madeline was called to Heaven. So begins my journey of raising my Quadruplets as Triplets. They will always be my Quads!!

March For Babies/March of Dimes

Sunday April 26, 2009 is the NICU reunion, which we will attend, and the March For Babies Walk. The St. Paul NICU will be walking for babies, we will not be doing the walk this year but want to in the future.

Why Families Walk:

Family Teams are made up of friends and families walking together to celebrate or honor a baby in their lives. And many of our family teams walk in memory of a baby who didn't survive. These special teams remind everyone of the importance of our mission to help all babies be born healthy. -I would like to get a team together next year to march for My Quads!!

Consider donating to our NICU team www.marchforbabies.org/555161

The more money that is raised the more we can help the March Of DImes with research. So that all babies can be born healthy and come home healthy. The research has already affected our family, the research is why Samantha, Bridgette and Teddy were able to come home and thrive. This research is also why Madeline lived for 9 days. Let's help all kids come home healthy so no parent has to lose a baby.

Here are a few of the very first photos of the babies.

Samantha - 10 days old, thriving.

Bridgette - 3 days old, she gave us so many scare, came on and off the vetilator several times. Threatened heart surgey. Home and thriving now.

Teddy - 3 days old. Threatened heart surgery, came on and off the ventilator several times. Home & thriving.

Madeline - 3 days old, thrived for 8 days, was on high flow, was called to Heaven on her 9th day. Let's together help babies so no other parent has to feel the loss of a baby.

Thank-You March of Dimes for my babies.

Grandpa Visits

My Dad came over on Thursday to visit. He brought lunch and then took the big girls outside to play for a little while. It was cold so they were not out too long, but I did manage to have all the kids piled on him

for a great photo
